Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Reupp Inc., a Delaware corporation (“us,” “we,” or “Company”), is committed to respecting the privacy rights of its customers, visitors, and other users of the Company Website located at www.Reupp.com (the “Site”). We created this Website Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) to give you confidence as you visit and use the Site, and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy. This Privacy Policy is only applicable to the Site, and not to any other websites that you may be able to access from the Site, each of which may have data collection, storage, and use practices and policies that differ materially from our terms of use and this Privacy Policy.

We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. We try to keep emails to a minimum and give you the ability to opt out when we can

2.1 Types of Information Collected

  • TRAFFIC DATA COLLECTED.
    We may track and collect the following categories of information when you visit our Site: (1) IP addresses; (2) domain servers; (3) types of computers accessing the Site; and (4) types of web browsers used to access the Site (collectively “Traffic Data”). Traffic Data is anonymous information that does not personally identify you but is helpful for marketing purposes or for improving your experience on the Site. We also use “cookies” to customize content specific to your interests, to ensure that you do not see the same advertisement repeatedly, to store your password so you do not have to re-enter it each time you visit the Site (see Section 5 below).

    We may use Contact Data to send you information about the Company or our products or services, or create and manage your account, provide customer service, provide website security, provide tailored content for optimization and marketing purposes, perform research and/or to contact you when necessary.
  • SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.
    Except as set out in this Privacy Policy or Terms of Use, such as the Company’s right to create Company Content by using Critic Content, the Company does not disclose or sell your Personal Information to any third-parties. For purposes of clarification, no personally identifying information, such as name, email or address will be used in the creation of Company Content or shares with any third parties or Premium Creators. Company Content may only incorporate non-personally identifying Personal Information, such as age, location and preference, which are used for the purpose of identifying certain demographics. The Company uses cookies to collect non-personal information including standard internet log information and details of your behavioral patterns upon visiting our website pages.
